The entire left side of your back is stronger than the right side of your back. Thoracic and Lumbar on the left side of your back is too strong.

Everyone has been told at some point in their life by their Doctor that they have scoliosis or slight scoliosis. The entire left side of your back is stronger than the right side of your back. Thoracic and Lumbar on the left side of your back is too strong. This could cause the vertebrae to be pulled toward the strong muscle causing the right side of the vertebrae to become too close to each other. You may have pain ranking from occasional to chronic. This, in turn, can cause restriction of the nerves and blood supply to other parts of the body and organs, as well. Lay face down on the floor with your arms to your sides and your nose to the floor. Have a friend look from your head downward toward your bum. If the entire left side of your back stands taller than the right side of your back, you have this posture issue. Our exercises are safe and will isolate the weak muscle from the stronger muscle to allow you to correct the muscle imbalance, naturally!
