Grinch Stole Christmas

WHY the Grinch Stole Christmas

Everyone knows the Christmas story by Dr. Suess about all the Who’s down in Whoville and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. But do we really know WHY the Grinch stole Christmas?

They said that his heart was two sizes too small. I say he was grinchy because his posture was horrible!!!  No wonder his heart was 2 sizes too small!

If you have been reading our information and watching our videos, you know all the awful side effects of poor posture! Let’s take a closer look at just how bad Grinch’s posture really is.

His Front View:

Right shoulder is hiked.

Rolled shoulders.

Left hip is dropped.

Rotation in his hips going from left to right.

Knocked knees.

Outward feet

Flat arches.

His Side View:

Forward Head.

Tight iliopsoas muscles pulling his upper body forward from center.

Deep sway in his lumbar.

Tight hamstrings and calf muscles. His legs are unable to straighten fully because of those tight muscles.

Oh, If Only:

Perhaps if this Grinch decided to give himself the best Christmas gift ever, he would work with a Physiologist who specialized in correcting musculoskeletal imbalances by building and stretching specific muscles to line up the joints to their proper positions.  Once this is done, he would feel better which would then improve his attitude and mood.  With a better attitude, he would want to enjoy Christmas and all the holiday fun it brings!

If you can relate to the Grinch and his situation, this is the perfect opportunity for you to correct your imbalances so you can enjoy the next Holiday Season!  Until then, what a great way to start the new year!
